Most Star Wars games have the player taking on the role of a rebel character, but the new game will have the player fighting as a member of the Empire. Similar to Spec Ops: The Line, the upcoming game will subvert traditional ideas of heroism and villainy by putting players in the role of an Imperial agent. Williams will be co-writing the script for the game along with Mitch Dyer of EA Motive. Williams announced the fact that he would be working on the game on Twitter.
